For purposes of this Agreement, ‘Oasis,’ ‘we,’ or ‘us’ refers to Oasis Intensive Outpatient Program, an affiliate of PsychPlus, with offices at 7877 Willow Chase Blvd, Houston, TX 77070.

This Service is protected by copyright to the United States of America and international copyright laws, and Oasis reserves all rights. These terms will govern your use of the oasisiop.com website. These terms and conditions will govern any information and material that is used from this website. Individuals accept these terms and conditions without any limitations or qualifications when using the site and its services.

Conditions of Services

All consultation charges will be based on the treatment and services used by the individuals. When you call Oasis or request a consultation on the site, your information will be collected. We may also ask for paperwork for documentation purposes. This information will not be used outside the organization and will be used for the psychiatric clinic’s purposes only.

All consultations are performed by appointment only. Appointments are given on a first-come, first-serve basis and at the discretion of the clinic. Oasis reserves the right to cancel the appointment if patients don’t come within 15 minutes of the appointment time.

The responsibility of following up for further treatments and getting the medication from either the clinic or a pharmacy of their choice lies solely with the patient. The clinic will not be responsible for any mental, emotional, or physical health complications that may arise from the cancellation and non-acceptance of appointments or missed appointments.

Oasis and its providers are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from missed appointments, noncompliance with prescribed treatment, or medication misuse.

Patients should not give away or sell any medications that they are prescribed by Oasis to anyone.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oasis and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or any services obtained through it. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with this Site is to stop using it.
